When you request quotes we collect what you enter: ZIP code, stump count, access and timeline, name, email, optional mobile number and notes, plus technical data such as IP address, approximate location and browser type for fraud prevention.
We share your request with up to three independent contractors who serve your area so they can contact you about your project by email, phone or text. We also use it to operate and improve the site and to prevent spam.
We may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Advertising) that set cookies to measure visits and ad performance.
You can ask us to delete your information using the contact form. Contractors who received your request keep their own records under their own policies.
We keep lead records as long as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations.
